Government drawing up guidelines for voluntary No Smart Phone code

Minister for Education Norma Foley is drawing up guidelines for primary schools and parents’ associations who wish to introduce a voluntary 'no smartphone' code, according to the Irish Times. It follows the success of the It Takes A Village initiative across the eight Greystones and Delgany primary schools.
